Case Management

Case management consists of assessing an individual affected by substance abuse to determine what treatment, if necessary, is most suited to their needs. The IIC works with the client through problems accessing treatment. We also encourage the individual to be aware of and to use all available support services, both within the IIC and externally, in order to best help them reach their treatment goals and make positive life changes.

We are happy to work with clients who are being supported by services like the Dept. of Social Services (DSS) and Probation as well as Attorneys and Employee Assistance Programs.

The IIC has developed links with many alcohol and drug treatment facilities that offer services to those with and without health insurance. Help and support, including the following, are never far away at the IIC.

  • Detox Referrals & Support
  • TSS Services
  • Information on Self-Help Groups such as AA & AAWOL
  • Residential Services (28 days)
  • Recovery Homes
  • Affordable/Low-cost Counseling
