  • Advice and counseling, with assistance on aspects of immigration and nationality law, including but not limited to:
    • Family-based petitions
    • Fiancé visas
    • Marriage-based petitions & adjustment of status papers
    • Forms I-131 (Re-entry, advance parole document)
    • Form I-90 (Lost/Replacement Legal Permanent Residency Card)
    • Form I-765 (Employment Authorization Document)
    • Drafting of Affidavits, as required with various immigration forms
    • Information on and referral assistance with criminal arrest and deportation issues
  • Hotline service providing information and assistance on a variety of issues to immigrants from all over the world
  • Office appointments to complete applications
  • Free legal assistance clinics staffed by our panel of pro bono attorneys
  • Representation at US Citizenship & Immigration Services
  • Diversity Visa workshops
  • Workshops and seminars providing accurate, up-to-date information from experts on a variety of immigration issues
  • Notary public and passport/visa photograph services
  • Education and advocacy in the community to educate immigrants about their rights and visa options
  • Regular publication and posting on our website of information in immigrant publications, and outreach to immigrants through a variety of media outlets in both the US and Ireland
